William Staerker holds a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry from Berry College and a Master of Science in biochemistry from The Ohio State University, where he began first career as a life scientist investigating cancer genetics. Later, William transitioned to developing Molecular Nutrition products at Nestle Purina. Wanting to accelerate product development, William obtained his MBA from Cornell University and transitioned to Product/Marketing Management with a diverse range of businesses and customers across veterinary, dentistry, life sciences and telecom markets. A seasoned business leader, William excels by leveraging his data-driven mindset to develop innovative strategies to gain competitive advantages in fast-moving markets.
William has a strong passion for initiatives improving health in underserved communities, particularly projects increasing health awareness and reducing health inequalities. In support of these goals, he volunteers with the Seattle/King County Clinic, previously served on the board of the Harvard Initiative to Integrate Dentistry and Medicine and coordinated a partnership between Philips Oral Healthcare and the West Virginia Healthy Start/HAPI project.
As a consultant for EPIC Mission, William focuses on improving organizational efficiency through Lean principles, developing, and implementing change management solutions, and developing innovative ways for partners to scale their impact.
